HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
- Go to Login and click Create account.
- Then click New Customer? Create an account.
- Enter your details.
- Agree to the Notice of Privacy and Terms and Conditions.
- Click Create account.
HOW CAN I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?
- Go to Login.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Click Sign in.
HOW CAN I RESET MY PASSWORD?
- Go to Login
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter your registered email address and click Submit.
You will then receive an email to reset your password.

WHY IS THE COURSE NOT AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE IN MY COUNTRY?
Some of our digital courses are only available to purchase in specific countries.
You can see if the course is available in your country once you have added the product to your basket and have gone to check out. From there you can see the available countries displayed in the product description.
Alternatively go to Our courses and select the course you are looking to purchase. If no products are displayed, this means that the course is unavailable to purchase in your chosen country.

WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE ACCESS CODE I PURCHASED?
If you have not yet received your access code, please check your junk mail. The access code will be sent from no-reply@macmillaneducation.com as your email system may be blocking the address.
If you still haven’t received your access code, please contact the Customer Experience and Support team via the Contact Us form.
WHAT ARE MACMILLAN EDUCATION REWARDS?
Macmillan Education Rewards enable you to earn points via the purchases you make on the Macmillan Education Direct website. You receive points for each purchase that you make, which can then be redeemed with your next order to boost your savings.
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
In order to join the program, just click Create a store account. Once you have created an account, you are welcome to participate in all actions we have prepared for you to earn points.
HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?
You can earn points by completing actions listed in the rewards tab. Just click on the Rewards tab to see the list of activities available for you to take part.
HOW CAN I SPEND MY POINTS?
It’s very simple and straightforward. Just click on the Rewards tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for.
